Jinhengwang Lithium Industry Co. Ltd. is a subsidiary of SUNWODA Electronics Co., Ltd. (stock code 300207) with 35% shares (controlled by Golden Yuan Shares), and Guizhou Chuanheng Chemical Co., Ltd. (stock code 002895) with 14% shares. It is a subsidiary of two listed companies focused on the investment, development and operation management of Argentina's lithium salt industry. Incorporated in 2022, the company focuses on exploration, mining, smelting and sales of lithium resources, and also provides supporting services such as process technology proposal consultation and industrial chain coordination. Currently, it has an overseas business unit in Argentina. The Overseas Business Division consists of the General Office, Finance Department, Commerce Department, Project Management Department, Purchasing Department and Logistics Department, and has offices in Buenos Aires, Salta, and Catamarca.
